Aim of the project

A solar heat supply system in combination with a seasonal storage facility will be built on the grounds of the adventure village. A Solarlite parabolic trough system will achieve up to 95% solar coverage to supply the neighborhood. The remaining coverage will also come from renewable sources, providing a 100% green supply. The solar field will consist of SL5770 parabolic troughs and will have a mirror surface of 11,000 m². Its capacity is 5.5 MW and it will produce approximately 4.76 GWh of solar heat annually.

The seasonal storage tank is designed as an earth basin with a capacity of 50,000 m³.
